About the Guest Chef Series
Every month, Falafill collaborates with a culinary leader to create a unique falafel wrap recipe to be featured for an entire month at Falafill restaurant locations. Proceeds from every wrap sold are donated to charity.
The series is wildly popular in Chicago with many of the area’s celebrity chefs contributing recipes such as chef Iliana Regan of Elizabeth Restaurant (which received its first Michelin star in 2013) and chef Ashlee Aubin (formerly of Alinea and currently at acclaimed Wood restaurant)

How to Get Involved
For 2014, the Falafill guest chef series is seeking chefs outside of Chicago to create unique falafel wraps. Falafill will donate proceeds from every guest chef wrap sold to Mediterranean Feast Fundraiser for Paula Wolfert and the Alzheimer’s Association.
What Do Guest Chefs Have to Do?
1. Create a falafel wrap recipe
2. Submit the recipe to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com along with a bio and a photo
3. Receive a pantry basket of Eastern Mediterranean specialty products from Ziyad Brothers
4. Have fun while supporting a great cookbook author and a great cause
